Our Lab Manager leads the manufacturing of customized aligners for our patients’ treatment plans. In our state-of-the-art orthodontic lab, Uniform Teeth creates aligners with industry-leading quality, accuracy, and speed!

  • The #1 focus is quality!  In order to meet our best-in-class outcomes, every process in our lab must be completed with precision and attention to detail.
  • Directing, managing, and performing every step of the manufacturing process, from building the teeth models on 3D-printers, to creating the aligner trays on thermoforming machines, to trimming and polishing each aligner, to packaging the customized kits that delight our patients!

Packaging and Shipping Specialist

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a self starter to take the lead on our packing and shipping process. A great work ethic and an eagerness to learn are needed for this position. The Packing and Shipping Specialist is responsible for receiving all finished goods from suppliers and preparing/processing these goods to customers. Specific tasks:

  • Performs and oversees the processing, packaging, and storage of supplies and materials.
  • Maintains the stockroom and provides material to production for new and existing products.
  • Performs all shipping, receiving, inventory and work order related transactions in the tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack finished goods shipments. Process all related paperwork and track shipping.
  • Perform daily shipments via USPS, UPS, FedEx, Courier or other means nationally and internationally.
  • Organize and maintain stock room and lab areas.
  • Clean, dry and package parts for storage and maintain accurate cleaning records.
  • Restock material to production in a timely manner.
  • Inform purchasing of inventory shortages and needs as they arise in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to approved Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Ensure product quality, identify defects and raise potential quality issues.
  • Other related tasks may be required.

CAD/CAM Dental Technician

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced orthodontist or dental technician with strong CAD/CAM experience to design treatment plans according to dentist prescriptions. We have an advanced in-office lab with CAD/CAM systems for the production of clear aligners. This is a contract position with the possibility of full-time employment for someone interested in a career in the exciting field of CAD/CAM orthodontics.

Recently graduated dental students who are interested in learning how to do treatment planning using advanced technology are strongly encouraged to apply, as we will train the right person for this unique position.

Full Stack Engineer

Full stack engineers at Uniform use our capabilities to bring complex systems together in an industry (orthodontics) full of antiquated infrastructure. Projects span our infrastructure, API, operations processes, and UI/UX to help build critical functionality for customers (patients), clinicians, support team, and manufacturing.
